Are you a faith-based ministry?

Yes, our love for Christ is why we serve. Each person on staff has a personal relationship with God. Many of our staff have experienced the same places of decision as our clients; we serve each individual with the respect and love that we ourselves have received. Do you offer parenting classes?

Yes! We want our clients to engage well beyond their first visit at the center. Our client advocates tailor an education system that is best suited for each client.

Do you offer abortion recovery programs?

Yes, individuals who live with regret over past pregnancy decision can find healing and freedom in confidential small group study programs. Call 757-591-0303 to find out when out next session begins.

How do I set up a monthly donation to your ministry?

Visit our donate tab on the website to find instructions for giving by check or credit card. Or call 757-591-0303 and we will set automatic withdraw from your checking, savings, or credit card account each month, so you don’t have to remember to send a contribution. We use a proven, secure financial payment processor that many of our partners use and with minimal transmission fees.

Note: If you want your gift to offer the greatest benefits to direct client programs and operation, then select a checking/ savings account withdraw; it offers minimal transaction fees.

Do you talk about abortion with clients?

Yes, we walk through every pregnancy option that a client has available to her so she understands risks and information to make an informed pregnancy decision.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes, we are a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization. Donors may deduct contributions made to this ministry as provided in Section 170 of the Code.

Can I set up donations through United Way?

Yes, you can designate Care Net through United Way using the following codes:

Who performs your ultrasound exams?

We have a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager on staff that has successfully completed certification training to perform the limited obstetrical exams that we offer in our centers. Credentialed medical volunteers also support the work of our centers. We have a medical doctor (MD) who serves as our Medical Director, provides the standing order for examinations and review and signs off on all ultrasound reports.

What donation items do you accept?

We accept the following donations of new (and very gently used) items:

Items for Babies:

  • Pampers (newborn and sizes 1-4)
  • Baby wipes
  • Bibs/Burp cloths
  • Baby towels and washcloths
  • Receiving blankets
  • Sleepers (packages of 0-3 and 3-6 month)
  • Onesies (packages of 0-3 and 3-6 month) short sleeved Spring/Summer and long sleeved for Fall/Winter
  • Newborn clothing (0-3 month, 3-6 month or combined)
  • Pairs of socks (0-6 month)
  • Powder/soap/lotion/shampoo/ointment (matching sets please)
  • Newborn bathtubs (pink and blue)
  • 4oz. bottles/bottle brushes

Items for Moms:

  • New maternity clothes (seasonal and up to date) PLEASE call for sizes needed
  • Breast pads/breast cream
  • Bathrobe
  • Slippers/Socks
  • Toiletries (powder, lotions, perfumes, chap sticks, and cocoa butter)
Can I use my Amazon Smile account to support your center?

Yes, shopping through AmazonSmile is the same as shopping with your regular Amazon account. You see the same products and Amazon carries over all your account history, like your wish list and order history. The only difference is when you shop on Amazonsmile.com they will donate a percentage of your purchase to our centers! Simply select “Care Net Resource Pregnancy Centers” as you charity of choice, then start shopping.
